WATERCOLOUR EXHIBITION

The watercolour artists from Wallace House will be exhibiting their works for sale. A catalogue will be made available and the special opening event will be held. Artists will be in attendance throughout the exhibition to answer questions.

 

MOTHERS' DAY GIFT SALE

All the Wallace House art and craft groups will have works on sale with

Mums in mind.

BOTANICAL ART GROUP EXHIBITION

This is a group of enthusiastic and dedicated artists who specialise in creating artwork with a botanical theme. This art is not about painting flowers, it is about faithfully reproducing their beauty on canvas.

 

POTTERY EXHIBITION

A display of pottery from the pottery studio.  All items will be for sale.

 

 

WALLACE ARTISTS' OIL AND ACRYLICS EXHIBITION

The oils and acrylics artists from Wallace House will be exhibiting their works which will include a variety of styles and subjects. This is our showcase for the year and all paintings are for sale.

 

LIFE ART EXHIBITION

The Life Art Group at Wallace House will present an exhibition of life work and studies of the human body.

The Busy Beaders' Group will hold a one-day jewellery extravaganza and bead sale.
PRINTMAKERS EXHIBITION

This art is not to represent but to reinvent! Press Gang will show you a range of individualistic linocuts, etchings and collographs.

 

CHRISTMAS SALE

 This event is well supported by members who provide their work for sale. Any Wallace House member may submit their work. Admission is free. The public response is strong and many people focus on this as their Christmas shopping expedition. A Christmas hamper and a craft basket are raffled. Refreshments available.

 

AGM

Early February 2009

In accordance with the constitution, the Annual General Meeting is held each year. Elections take place for office bearers and committee members and all financial members may vote. Nominations can be made on the forms provided in the weeks prior to the AGM.
